A creative dining experience in Arizona by Chef Binkley, who’s worked at the French Laundry and The Inn. The restaurant is a small house with seating on the outside and beautiful garden to enjoy the snack course before being brought inside to start the main courses.

Total 11 courses with over 30 different components. After the initial snack course, the courses are focused on specific ingredients (forgot pictures for bean and grapefruit course). Highlight dishes were the cod, duck breast, and the octopus salad.
