  1. Very simple recipe: 1-.cut the cauliflower tops into small pieces.2-. In the pan 4/5 tablespoons of extra oil 4 anchovies a sprinkling of chilli pepper half a clove of garlic. Heat and mix everything together. 3-now add the cauliflower, stir to prevent it from sticking. When the pan is dry, add a glass of white wine (sauvignon) and cook. The cabbage must be crunchy. With a nice slice of Apulian bread and a glass of red wine it is very tasty.
