Yes I know it’s absolutely coated in flour. It’s my first load and I really didn’t want it to stick. I tried to brush as much off as I could but it clung because I overnighted it and I didn’t want to keep playing with it.

Beautiful ear! Im newer too and the crumb is identical to mine. Which is still delicious but I want something more holey 🙂 Does anyone have advice to getting it more open? I’ve wondered if maybe I’m slightly overproofing?
