I used the recipe from ball, but I don’t think that I did something right guys/gals. Is this ok or do I toss it?
It’s broth, beef broth. I just think there’s a lot of fat in it, and i followed the instructions, but I looked at others broth and I am nervous that I didn’t do it right.
I’m going to show you guys the broth and the chicken I did. I didn’t have any issues with sealing, I went 11/11 with what I attempted on sealing. I ate one of the chicken ones to see the texture, not sure what imma use it for yet. Any recipe ideas or links will be awesome.
I also want to say I’ve been lurking for MONTHS, I felt confident going in, but as we all want, I want to make sure that I’m on the right track.
Thanks in advance, I appreciate this sub, it’s really been a good resource and I know for sure that I’ll never stray from confirmed recipes cause it’s in every post, haha.
Have a blessed day, let me know what yall think!
