The only thing is that each flavor is so good that I want to just have a scoop of each instead of blending next time bc I want to savor each flavor individually. All the from Hello, My Name is Ice Cream – Blue Ribbon Chocolate (probably my favorite flavor so far), Cheesecake Ice cream (I made the cheesecake too from her book) and Stawberry Sherbet.

I haven’t been disappointed with any of her recipe’s yet and her recommendations of stabilizers and different sugars really, really improved my ice cream. I use glucose syrup and tapioca and it’s been a game changer!
