I have an excellent bottle of Mendocino viognier that is just begging to meet that carpaccio!
Delivery to Melbourne is free in May!
Great video. I love lobster. Unfortunately we won't have lobster on our sea coast here. But we do have Dungeness crab so im always looking for something to use instead of lobster. Have a great day.
Thank you. Good stuff, love your show and knowledge, skills. Perfection. :))
Greetings Chef,
I noticed that you used Rock lobster. I have only eaten it once and wonder how it compares to homard?
Our California Spiny are certainly delicious as are the species from Florida but neither really compare to the Maine lobster, Homarus americanus, for flavor or texture. Americanus is most similar to le homard from your home waters.
Thanks for the always fantastic content!
Je tiens une guitare dans l'avatar mais mes autres instruments ont été fabriqués par Matfer Bourgeat et Sabatier !

Regards crab and lobster
I guess for this both would work well with only the presentation being a bit different
Anyway it’s nice to hear from you and you should film it when you replant the garden and you would have some great content in summer and autumn 😉
