Breakfast was homemade bread with cannelini beans, lemon juice, Avocado oil, everything bagel seasoning, and arugula.
Lunch was plain Greek yogurt with maple syrup, ground flax seed, pistachios, golden raisins, and granola.
Dinner was pumpkin carrot pasta topped with walnuts and Romano cheese.. and more homemade bread of course.
The homemade bread has ground flax, buckwheat, and sesame seeds in it!
