10 g salt
300 g water
450 g flour (bread/AP)

    Starter is 1:1:1 ratio. It is doubling after 4-6 hours and fed daily. Mixed and stretched twice the first 30 minutes. Sat overnight 8-9ish hours, folded, rest 2-3 hours. Cooked at 420 for 45 min

    try 450 for 20-25 then take the lid off for another 15-20! did u preheat your dutch oven?
