Base meal was 300€ pp with a choice of 7 or 8 courses with a supplemental caviar course. Wine and non alcoholic pairing available. The food was local, a lot of it having been harvested last year and preserved. Very interesting bitter flavors on one of the dishes. I had the vegetarian selection which was wonderful, very fresh. Service excellent. I thought it was really cool that they make their own tofu and tempeh!
