Trying to find Austrian pumpkin oil. Was in Vienna and had this drizzled on a butternut squash soup and was wowed by this rich nutty flavor. Used it for dressings as well, and I know it is also eaten by the spoonful for its health properties.
Anyway I've found other pumpkin oils but they are very light and lacking the richness and depth of this. The oil is a dark caramel color not light olive. Any help finding this would be much appreciated!
