There's a deli out of state where I used to get the best eggplant parm I've had in my life. Here it is. Sliced ultra-thin, like sheets of lasagna, and lightly breaded.

Anyplace in the city that does it like this? I have no issues with the thicker, cutlet-style eggplant—I get it all the time—but I wouldn't mind having something like this again.
