Sommelier Table experience
Had a once in a lifetime dinner at Alchemist. If anyone is curious, the sommelier table is an option to pick which cost 2200 USD pp. We had a personal sommelier attend to us the whole evening and all drink parings were included.
I had the vegetarian option.
The food was excellent, the taste leaned more towards rich and deep flavors that you might find in French cuisine compared to Single Thread, for example, which to me the flavors seemed light and fresh.
Service was excellent and lots of surprises!
