Rack of lamb cooked at 135F for 2-1/4 hours in a wet herb rub. Seared on gas grill. Will probably increase temp to 140F for personal preference.

Spiral ham smoked at 250F for 3.5 hours and finished under the broiler for about 4 minutes with a brown sugar, bourbon, and honey glaze. Forgot to grab a picture before the fam tore into it.
