Possibly cause it’s grass fed from Australia? In the shop I worked at my coworkers said that they weren’t very good, but I’m sure they are fine

Any tenderloin where I live ( Ontario, Canada) is like 35-45$ for just two tenderloin steaks. 60-90$ for a tenderloin roast like that.

They are very good. Raised and slaughtered just down the road from is! Wish it was this price

Oldddd dairy cow from Australia. They ain’t cheap for the quality you’re about to bite into.

  5. At this price I’d definitely give it a shot. Nothing better than a fat filet mignon or grab some rolls of puff pastry for a beef wellington.

Is it choice or prime cut?..
If choice cut that’s why do cheap…Prime is much more expensive…

Whole, untrimmed, ungraded, No roll (ungraded by any standard – usually USDA Select at best), import unload.
