A few recent meals.

1 – harissa salmon from the air fryer, sautéed kale, sautéed green beans and tomatoes, and leftover millet.

2 – lightly cooked salmon, radicchio, watermelon radish, marinated chickpeas with herbs, blood orange, cocktail grapefruit, and pistachios. Dressed with lemon, leftover grapefruit juice, champagne, yuzu olive oil.

And this was me clearing out some odds and ends and forgotten veggies.
