Made chicken bone stock from 2 carcass that I froze. Didn’t realize there was a bundle of rosemary in one of my birds until after I strained out the broth from the bones. Now my beautiful liquid gold looks more like something Shrek would enjoy in his swamp. It tastes AMAZING. No rosemary even noted. Went a head and canned them anyway. But just wanted to know what you all might think about this “disaster”. Suggestions please.
