I have (I think I even used the recipe you snagged this image from!) but a small batch and did not can; used only for the fridge.

I need to make more flower jelly, but I like using raw sugar for jelly and that overpowers easily.
I’ll get my first real lilac bloom this year so I won’t touch them (yet) but I’ll have tons of lavender soon.
