I bought this at a local market and just opened it today. There's all this foamy looking stuff on top, kind of looks dry? (But it is not crusty) Is this normal and safe to eat? Ingredients are "strawberries, blueberries, sugar, fruit pectin". There was an audible pop when I opened it. I buy a lot of different jams and jellies from the local markets/festivals here but this is the first time I've seen this.
