Can someone fill me in on tahini salad dressings? I looked at the recipe you linked, can you add any kind of fruit? I have some fresh blackberries but I don’t know if that’s a good flavor mix? Does it need vinegar or lemon juice? Honey?
I just bought my first jar of tahini and I’m unfamiliar with it as an ingredient. I tried to make my own hummus but it wasn’t very good.
