Here’s the recipe https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=pineapple-mango-salsa-recipe
The only difference I did was pulsed it in a food processor because my house won’t eat chunky salsa.
It’s great I would say a sweet heat and would definitely recommend trying if the mangos and pineapple are priced right in your area.

Using a food processor prior to processing when it’s not called for is a red flag. It changes the consistency and affects the heat penetration. I’d be concerned that this is no longer safe given that change. In the future, use the food processor when you open the jar not before processing. You should refrigerate these and eat them up
Looks fantastic. I have an abundance of pineapple, maybe I should get some mangos and make a batch this weekend. 🤔 Did you taste it? If so how is it?
