This was my first 3 Michelin star experience and it was definitely a step up from 2 star restaurants I have visited in the past. Quality of ingredients used was incredible throughout the dinner and the service was very professional, though maybe a little distant.

This is the full menu in English:

    –       Roasted cabbage & pickles / »Müritz« eel & rhubarb / Pork chin & rutabaga

    –       Springwater trout & Kohlrabi, charcoal

    –       Homemade bread and butter

    –       Scallop flavors & kale

    –       Rutz N25 caviar & crustacean, hazelnut (optional course)

    –       Bitter salads & yellow beet, stockfish

    –       Tideland oyster & pollack, Sauerkraut

    –       Quail & broccoli, lovage

    –       Onion & leeks, beef & potato

    –       Venison & black trumpet mushrooms, blackberry

    –       Red cabbage & sheep’s yogurt

    –       Plum & wild rose, oxalic acid

    –       Hay & pine, yeast dumpling

We had a wine pairing that was mainly focused on German wine, but also included a Meursault, and a lovely Austrian Sauvignon Blanc. The price was €350 + €49 for the caviar course. Overall, I had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this restaurant to people visiting Berlin.
