Ingredients:
1/2 cup of warm milk (150 ml)
an egg 1 oz (30 g)
1 oz of sugar (30 g)
1 tsp dry active yeast (3 g)
2 cups all-purpose flour (280 g)
1/2 tsp of salt (3 g)
0.7 oz of vegetable or unsalted butter (20 g)
Bake the bread in a preheated oven with a rack at 338°F (170°C) for 15-20 min.

To divide the dough into even 4 parts, it’s best to use kitchen scales.

Knead the dough for 1-2 min.
Cover the dough and let it rest at
room temperature for 20 min.

Knead the dough for another 5-7 min.
Cover the dough and let it rest in
a warm place for 1 hour.
One hour later
Knead the dough to release the air.
Roll into a single roll.
Divide into 4 equal parts.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with plastic
wrap and let it rest for 10 min.
Take the dough and roll it out as shown
in the video.
Roll out the bottom part wider.
You can attach the bottom part to the surface
using your fingers.
Roll the dough into a log.
Roll the dough so that it has narrow edges.
Transfer the dough to a baking dish.
Cover the dough and let it ferment for 20-30 min.
Grease the baking cooling rack with vegetable
or unsalted butter.
Press the dough against the baking
dish using the rack.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven with
a rack at 338°F (170°C) for 15-20 min.
Brush the bread with butter while it is still warm.
Very aromatic and soft bread. By the way, it’s
perfect for a hot dog if you cut it in half.
