All they are are deadnettle and violet tea/infusions, both with lemon juice. Was planning on just leaving them in the fridge like this so they keep longer because the plants were starting to die.
Now, I'm deathly afraid of botulism. To the point where I'm asking this question. I'd like to know if leaving these simple concoctions in Mason jars in my fridge is a bad idea. No special tops, just the twist-on ones. I did nothing else to it.
Is this a no-go or is this fine? How long is safe to leave something like this in the fridge?
Apologies for the dumb questions. Reddit is kind of becoming my go-to for this sort of stuff. Thank you for your time and God bless!

I don’t believe it’s safe to can but you could make a very concentrated brew and freeze it in ice cube trays then add water to create a mug or glass of tea.
It’s totally fine to leave them in the fridge and treat them like leftovers/ any other refrigerated food. That would mean using them up within a week or so. If you want to keep it longer than that I would suggest freezing it in ice cube trays and storing it in the freezer!
I’d really consult with your local university food lab on this. The probably low acid Ph combined with that headspace is troubling. I agree with other comments that freezing is best. There are some great silicone mods out there that allow you to freeze amounts of 1 cup or better.
I realize my wording in the original post seems to kind of imply that they’ve been hanging out for a long time and I pulled them from the crypt. I’m very very sorry for the confusion, that is absolutely on me. The purple one I put in there like 2 or 3 days ago and the deadnettle one was earlier today.
