I really like the idea of liver. Super nutritious, under appreciated. But liver night as a kid was a frigging nightmare. Now I love me some Braunschweiger, and a nice Paté but straight liver? Nah. My dad loved it. He’d order it rare at restuarants! Hell he’d get SWEETBREADS ‘shudder’. Any hints? Like maybe it is better less cooked? I’m all over a super rare steak.
