Your veggie half looks amazing! But you’ve got two proteins and no whole grain. I’d nix the beans and add a 1/2 cup of brown rice or seasoned farro.

Fantastic, nothing on that plate is a bad choice and you have the plate proportions perfect 🙂 FYI if you did want to eat more fish the 3-4oz lean protein can be broken if the protein is a fish, the 3-4oz is to keep SFAs low but fish is already much lower than other animals.
If you want to add some NOS to your rocket fuel go rainbow on the veg. Nothing wrong with greens but different colors gives you different nutrition, the red and purple pigments are particularly insane phytonutrients. I find mixing it up help stop it from becoming boring too, can always find some new weird shit to try at the grocery store. Don’t be afraid of onions and garlic either, garlic is the most nutrient dense vegetable but gets neglected as a mere flavoring all the time 🙂
