pants brinda
so today you’re in for a treat because
we’re gonna be making fun meat it no
it’s a Vietnamese grilled pork sandwich
it’s one of my favorite foods because
it’s light and you can take it anywhere
to eat so let’s get started with
marinating the pork
when using pork tenderloin it’s easier
to chew and a lot softer and quicker to
cook I’m gonna cut this in half that way
we can have a good size to put it in the
bread I’m cutting the pork meat long and
thin grab your bowl and put the pork in
there
set this aside and grab one shallot just
mince these all up
you need three cloves of garlic minced
it finely
[Music]
some lemongrass just about 1/8 cup of it
minces really finely so that way you
don’t have big chunks in there
now you need one tablespoon of sesame
one tablespoon of sugar one tablespoon
of black pepper
[Music]
now is to three here’s three my sparring
this somewhere I’m sorry there’s so many
bees right now I’m being attacked
because I think the aroma is too good
for them add two teaspoons of honey 2
tablespoons of fish sauce 1 teaspoon of
sesame oil and last but not least oil
you can use vegetable oil but I’m using
canola oil mix all your ingredients
together after you’re done mixing you
want to marinate it for 4 hours or
overnight even better I already have a
marinated batch so we’re gonna grill
this let’s go you can use a regular grip
I’m using the George Foreman grill leave
the meat on the grill until it has a
nice char to it
okay now you want to slice your cucumber
and you want to slice it thin slightly
toast your bread now we can have a
little nice crunch on the outside open
your bread and then you want to put some
mayonnaise
[Music]
take your grilled meat you can put how
much meat you want it really varies on
to your liking
and same goes for the vegetable pickled
daikon and carrots
I like mines with a lot of vegetables
I’m gonna add a generous amount add some
cilantro
and cucumbers
and if you like a little kick to it add
some jalapenos
I’m gonna add some soy sauce this is
optional it just gives you a little more
flavor to the bun me just drizzle it on
to the top I’m gonna grab my chopsticks
and I’m gonna lightly push all the
ingredients down and close my bun me and
there you have it your bun meat it no
Vietnamese grilled pork sandwich okay
I’m just gonna take a little bite and
see how this tastes
Hey hi what’s up what is this I didn’t
eat it no that sounds really hard to say
you’re Bobby huh
yeah Oh baby Bobby how is it oh just
like a real Tommy yeah I mean not saying
it it’s not a real bomb but it’s just
like something I will buy on a balmy
place oh really good okay glad you like
it
hey this is hard to make just a little
yeah yeah you know you leave this gear
know
but where’s what okay guys that’s it for
this recipe I hope you enjoy your day
and have fun making this bye

  1. That was pretty funny. When I was scrolling through the videos for making Bahn Mi, I saw her and watch the video but then I did not expect to see Mikey at the end because I didn't pay attention who's this channel was. I presumed it was the girl's channel so when I saw Mikey appear at the end of the video, I recognized him since I saw his video about Louisiana Crawfish dishes yesterday. I said, "Oh, that's Mikey!!!" Then I scrolled down and saw it was Mikey's channel. Too funny!!!

  2. Every time I eat Vietnamese I have to get pho so it's been the only thing I've wanted to order. But now I'm getting my first bahn mi….. and pho. Yolo.

  3. looks amazing and authentic exepct for the bread! the bread should be flaky and crunchy not as chewy as the bread you have.

  4. I know this is 4 years ago….but are a great help to our ecosystem….do not hit them nor kill them. Just shoo them away.
You may use smoke or vape to get them away.
