meals in 30 minutes first up let’s make
meat filling throw all those ingredients
into the
rig now grab your lavage bread and let’s
roll fill them up with meaty goodness
then line them up in a dish leaving some
space for the
dip pour that concoction over your pie
pop it all in the oven and let the
culinary magic happen fill the center
with your dip of choice I’m going with
Bara ganach

    Ingredients:

    Meat Filling:
    Ground beef – 1lb
    Parsley, Cilantro, Mint ( chopped ) – 1 sprig each
    Jalapeno ( chopped ) – 1
    Onion ( chopped ) – ½
    Seasoning ( zaatar, shawarma seasoning ) – 1 tsp each
    Olive oil – 2 tbsp
    Salt & pepper – to taste

    Lavash bread
    Oil spray
    Eggs – 2
    Shredded Gruyere cheese – 1 cup
    Greek yogurt – ½ cup
    Sesame seeds
    Olive oil

    Serve with Baba Ganoush or other dip of your choice.

Fill 'em up with meaty goodness and roll them into tubes like burritos. Then, line them up in a baking dish, leaving some space in the middle for the star of the show: the dip!
    In a separate bowl, mix eggs with the cheese and yogurt.
    Pour that creamy concoction over your pie.
    Pop it all in the oven and let the culinary magic happen for 20 minutes at 375°F. Fill the center with your dip of choice—I'm going with Baba Ganoush. Enjoy!
