I eat a lot of oatmeal and the monotony of flavors gets old quick so I try and model the bowls after cookie or dessert flavors, just healthier.

This is a "spumoni" oatmeal bowl:

1/4c oats cooked with water and salt

1/2 tsp honey plus a drizzle of molasses

1 tsp earth balance vegan buttery spread

2 tbsp nutpods unsweetened french vanilla oatmilk creamer

A few tablespoons each of pistachios, dried cherries, extra dark chocolate, and coconut chips.

The coconut isn't a spumomi flavor I just love coconut and think it goes well here.

I usually also add hemp hearts for more protein but I'm out

This bowl is about 300 kcal, 15g fat, 36g carbs, 5g protein, 5g fiber
