Splitting hairs here. 4g added sugars isn’t that big of a deal. One has less fat (2g). But both are 160 calories. When picking between these 2, go with what tastes better to you, as that is effectively the only difference worth considering here.

I’d go with the first one because it has fewer ingredients and no added sugar, but I try and avoid those types of heavily processed seed oils which are in both.
