homemade, hand-rolled gluten-free pasta, with homemade creamy alfredo, topped w/ baby shrimp & mussels. My partner prefers the thicker pasta! Would love feedback!

There are no gluten-free Italian restaurants in my city (I’m about an hour from Toronto, Canada) so I’m forced to make my own pasta if I don’t want the dehydrated gluten-free store-bought crap!

This recipe is simple: brown rice flour, coconut flour, arrowroot starch, and eggs; 1:0.25:0.25:3; makes two servings.
I use a rolling pin for all my pasta – I don’t use a pasta machine. This specific recipe will roll so thin you can see the board through the dough, so enjoy the thick/thinness you prefer!

Looks really good. Shrimp and mussels are a great protein!
