The sauce isn’t true Arrabiata. I use Marcella Hazan’s tomato sauce recipe as a base and add pepper flake and herbs (thym, oregano, parsley, basil). I don’t really measure anything, I go by taste.
– Sear shrimps in sauce pot
– Add tomato sauce bring to a simmer
– Add herbs and pepper flake (sometimes I use fresh chilies, sliced or chopped, I sear those with the shrimps before adding the sauce)
– Add cooked Tagliatelle, toss and serve. Top with fresh herbs and parmigiano reggiano.
