Imo eggs-bacon hearty milky meaty taste is not to be mixed with acidic vinegar ish sauces like ketchup it just ruins everything. Eggs, cheese/milk, meat/bacon is already a perfect combo

Yep. Runny fried egg, toast, butter, S&P, ketchup. Can’t go wrong.
