today I’m spilling this here on how to make this Raging Cajun lobster and shrimp pasta and y’all I went right to my freezer and got some lobster tails that I bought back in March for this dish because the way the lobster prices are set up now forget about it okay so the first thing I did was make my Raging Cajun butter sauce for my Lobster I just added the seasonings to my melted butter and then drizzled that melted butter and garlic all over my Lobster I also use the same seasoning for my shrimp and baked my Lobster while I seared off my shrimp y’all it’s the color on this shrimp for me after I removed the shrimp I added some shallots and some garlic and some white wine I then seasoned my cream sauce with more of spice lopedia’s raisin Cajun seasoning added some pasta water my pasta and the shrimp back into the skillet and look at how these baked lobsters turned out they were so good I then just drizzled some more that Raging Cajun garlic butter on top and got my entire life this dish came together with just what I had in my freezer like and follow for more recipes
