1. Cut up salmon and season to your liking. I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a bit of honey.
  2. Air fry salmon at 390 for 10-15 minutes until a bit crispy
  3. Prep salad: Arugula, 1-2 shallots, and cherry tomatoes
  4. Plate your salad and add EVOO, salt, a squeeze of a lemon, and a bit of black pepper
  5. Add your salmon on top once cooked. I sprinkled a bit of everything but the bagel seasoning on top.
