Treated myself to a pretty meal after nailing an interview

Honestly that was probably one of the best interviews I’ve ever had, so crossing fingers I get the job🤞

Caprese salad + extras + smoked salmon 🙂

-2 tomatoes, basil from my garden, mozzarella, sliced cucumbers, smoked salmon, mandarin slices, olive medley, topped with a loooot of salt for those tomatoes, cracked pepper, drizzled with lots of lemon and olive oil
