A high protein breakfast ๐
- Hard boil 2 eggs
- When boiled, peel eggs and chop them up
- Add 1-2 tbsp of cottage cheese with eggs
- Put it on whole grain toast and top it with green onion, salt and pepper.
I had 2 slices lol I already ate one ๐ and I had some avocado on the side ๐ฅ

Most things I’ve read says that the MD includes celebrating the meal and using pretty plates. You are right there!
