Last year, my S.O & I relocated closer to a sonic, which I never really had the chance to try. I really love their burgers, and the Redbull recharger drink lol. I think this is the number 3, double bacon cheeseburger.
Every time I go, the food is done quick & it is ALWAYS fresh, hot, seems like it was just made. Impeccable service from my local one, they give attention to detail and always relay the order exact without a hiccup. This and A&W are my favorite “novel” fast food joints. Thoughts?

Like every other franchised brand, great concept but a horrible execution.
I have never once had a good experience at Sonic.
I really wanted to like Sonic, but I just couldn’t….
That burger looks good. Every sonic burger I have ever had looked and tasted like a dead mass.
I would always only get the drinks.
Prefer knuckles better move set
I grew up eating Sonic, so it has a special place in my heart. When I was a little kid we used to go to one that had phones built into the booths that you used to call in your order to the kitchen, we thought it was the coolest thing! 😆
hungry, now
Their ads used to be fire
Mario > Sonic, obviously
Hit or miss with Sonic for me.
I didn’t mind the taste of the burgers but I always bit into something hard. It grossed me out so I stopped going. I do love their Cherry limeade.
Mid. Their breakfast burritos are solid tho
Sonic is awesome if you have good staff making the food
Last time I had a Sonic burger, I can’t quite explain it, I didn’t get sick from it but didn’t feel great afterwards. And it was just a very average burger that never hit the mark for me unfortunately.
Best Onion Rings
Every sonic I’ve been to has been absolute garbage. Will probably never go back
It’s aight. 4/10
Sonic was the fast food of my childhood. The steak finger basket being particularly near and dear. But they don’t make them anymore.
The onion rings are great, if a bit bitter, but everything else fried there tastes like onion rings.
As for burgers, they are fine. Similar to whataburger in taste and execution. They are satisfyingly wide and feel like bigger burgers than say culvers or wendys even at the same weight.
There are two reasons I rarely go there. First, the one around the corner is frustratingly slow. I get that they make food to order, but I think that location is understaffed to save money and they only have one person cooking and one serving. Second, they have become extremely expensive, even by today’s out of control fast food prices. It just isn’t worth the price. I can order a burger and fries from the chilis in the same shopping center on an app and get that faster and for a similar price.
I’ve tried burgers from them multiple times and I always hate them. The only thing I enjoy from Sonic is a slushee and a chili dog with tater tots
So yummy
That’s a good looking burger. My daughter loves Sonic, but for the sweets. We rarely go.
How much is this burger? I’d like to try it…
Several years ago, a Sonic opened up in my town. I swear, that was one of the absolute ⭐️**BEST**⭐️ cheeseburgers I’ve ever had in my entire life. Of course, corporate/regional/whomever was there to help them grand open and give them direction. After the help left, they went right downhill and the location closed in less than two years. This leads me to believe their formula is great, but without committed employees, they are just another lackluster fast food restaurant.
When I was living in Louisiana I was all about Canes and Sonic. Can’t beat that cherry limeade
I’ve always wanted to try Sonic but unfortunately I live in London UK, we don’t have those luxuries lol
They’re not bad, but I haven’t been to one in ages despite there being two near me. They have some killer shakes from I recall.
