This is the prettiest and most delectable looking cherry pie I’ve seen in a while…YUMMMMM! Cherry is my absolute favourite and I like both crust and crumble, but a nice thick layer of crumble would definitely beat a crust any time! I’ve never been good at making pie crust, so I usually go with graham/vanilla/gingerbread crust or a press-in shortbread crust for the bottom and a heaping helping of streusel (crumble) for the top.
