    Did the recipe say to bake it for an hour at 500°? If so, the top loaf looks a bit underdone.

    I’m going to assume one method was using an oven and the other method was throwing the dough in a volcano.

  7. Hold on, what about the crumb? Maybe the insides are better with the charred crust.
