Easy Spinach & Strawberry Salad With Feta Cheese, Blueberries, Red Onions And Walnuts

hey y’all how’s my goooo doing today I am back with another video and if you’re new here just want to say welcome and I hope that you consider subscriber to the channel and if you’ve been here before welcome back it is lunchtime and I am getting ready to make me a spinach and strawberry salad and here are all the ingredients that I have here okay I have some walnuts I have a bag of Vach I have my raspberry vinegar rack dressing I have some crumbled feta cheese strawberries blueberries and a red onion okay give me one second let me wash my hands we’ll get this video started all right y’all I just opened my spinach I’m going to use about two cups and I’m going to uh give this a good rinse even though it says it’s been triple washed and ready to go I’m going to rinse it again okay okay so I’m going to use about two cups about that much there so give me one second let me wash it and I’ll be right back okay I’m just going to spin some of this water off the spin CH just like this here okay that’s the extra water there okay now I’m going to cut some of my red onion and if you don’t want onions in yours you don’t have to add it but I want a little bit in mine okay okay how y’all doing today what are y’all having for lunch put it down in the comments and let me know okay but I’m going to slice this as thin as I can cuz I don’t want it real thick but just about like this here okay and that’s that’s enough for me right there I don’t want too much in there spread it around like that there and slices as thin or thick as you like yours but that’s good for me right there okay and that’s enough for me and now I’m going to rinse off my strawberries and blueberries so I’ll be right back okay I’m going to rinse off our strawberries and blueberries I’m going to use about four strawberries and a handful of the uh blueberries okay we going to give these a good rinse okay let’s cut up our strawberries so I’m going to put the uh blueberries on top of our salad just like this here and this is a really good salad you guys it’s healthy and if you wanted to you can add chicken and avocado just make it your own and add whatever toppings you want on your salad so now we’re going to cut up these strawberries put them on there just like this here okay if you don’t want all of those strawberries then don’t use them all put on there what you want okay there’s our strawberries so now I want some feather cheese let me get a spoon and if you don’t like feather cheese you can always use blue cheese GL the cheese whatever kind of cheese you want but I like the taste of the uh feather cheese with the strawberry and spinach okay with a couple of tablespoons cuz I like this so that’s enough for me okay so now I’m going to get my walnuts put some walnuts on top and these are already in pieces for me so I don’t have to worry about uh cutting them up or anything okay and put on your salad as many as you want if you don’t want want all nuts you can also use pecans or whatever kind of nuts you like okay I’m going to put a lot on mine because I’m not going to have any meat with this so the walnuts are going to serve as my meat okay and here is our spinach and strawberry salad that was quick and easy y let’s put a little bit of this uh raspberry Walnut vinegar red dressing on our salad right quick and then we going to give it a taste you can also make your own dressing if you like but I was being lazy today so let me say my grace and then we going to give it a taste heavenly father I want to say thank you for this food I’m about to receive in Jesus name I pray amen I’m going to give you guys the first bite okay A little bit of everything all right here you go first bite M that’s good y’all spinach and strawberry salad I want to say thanks for watching please like comment share and subscribe and as you exit hit that Bell so you’ll be notified every time I upload a video all right bye till the next time [Music]
