Just got a little crate of Japanese candies and foods and wondering if this is what this chocolate is supposed to look like? Cus it doesn’t even look like that on the promotional material or online reviews so ima take a safe step back till I hear back.

It should be fine. Look up “chocolate bloom”. It can happen when it gets too warm.
