Consistent? Yes. Fresh ingredients? Yes. Reasonably Priced? Absolutely. Clean restaraunts and great employees? Totally. Best burger? Not even close.
It’s good – and it’s really good for fast food. But calling In-N-Out the best burger is so depressingly sheltered. It legitimately makes me a little discouraged as a chef who ran a burger joint for several years. I don’t anymore – but you gotta step out of your fast food zone, you’ll experience a whole new world. Bigger patties with better more complex grinds, buns with texture and flavor, rather than just fresh fluffy soft white, sauces and toppings that leave a standard ‘deluxe’ style in the dust… There’s a whole big wide (mouthed) burger world out there, go taste it.

Idk about the best. It’s a pretty solid burger, but I’ve had better burgers before. I’d much prefer to go to Culver’s or a Freddy’s over in-n-out.
