Brekkie- One for today, one for tomorrow- one cup Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of chia seeds, drizzle of honey and a quarter cup of “granola” type mix (that had dark chocolate, almonds, dried cranberries, and walnuts). It was delicious and surprisingly filling!
Lunch- don’t judge I started inhaling before I took a pic lol. 3oz salmon, 1 cup Mediterranean quinoa salad, and (what used to be) a heap of roasted veggies.
