1. Salmon marinated in miso, mirin, and goat horn chilies, with soba noodles, zucchini, carrots, and cabbage. The dressing was just soy, sesame oil, jarred ginger (sweet and acid), and chili flakes. Salmon was quickly seared in a pan.

  2. Breakfast bowl with plain skyr, blackberries, chia seeds, pistachios, hemp seeds and paleo granola.

  3. Canned fish experiments. This was a canned tuna in yuzu kosho, with leftover basmati, and leftover veggies. Green beans and tomatoes sautéed with garlic and leftover grilled eggplant.

  5. Ful with kale, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, tomato/mint/cucumber/lemon salad for breakfast.
