I haven’t eaten meat for some time, haven’t cooked much of it in my adult years so always feel slightly unsure on certain elements of food safety with it. The one that sticks out like a sore thumb…good to eat?

    If you bought it at a store, it has been inspected and passed as safe by the USDA.
