I had these cheese in Paris but didn’t get the name of it and have not stopped thinking about it – can anyone help me out and ID this cheese? It’s the round cheese on top with the blue-ish soft rind. It was buttery and tasted kinda like a combination of blue cheese and Brie. It was literally the best cheese I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks in advance!!!!!!
