Had them this year for the first time when visiting the US. The original flavor was quite bland, the white cheddar was better, but the cheddar jack took the win!

Cheez it’s rule, best of the mainstream snack crackers. A friend of the family makes this awesome mix for parties and I can never get enough of it:
Set oven to 275. Melt 3/4 stick of butter. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce. Toss that with one box regular cheez its and one box white cheddar. Add either a tablespoon of dried dill or ranch dressing powder. Toss so everything is even and spread out on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake an hour or until toasted stirring every so often.
I’m more of a goldfish guy myself, but cheez its are a pretty nice alternative

Shout out to Toast-Chee, the saltier cousin that probably pre-dates them. When those things are fresh and crisp, oh boy, not many better snacks!

Growing up my family had an extremely smart little Siberian husky. Smart, aloof, and haughty. She had the most human-like personality of any animal I’ve ever known, and carried herself with pride and dignity.
But she’d jump in the air like a trained seal if you tossed her a Cheez-it. You could tell that she was embarrassed to be reduced to such a display in spite of herself, but she couldn’t help it. But only for Cheez-its, nothing else.
