I was walking by today and randomly saw that they were opening a location at 81st and 3rd. I’ve been to the UWS one but didn’t know they were opening one by me on the East Side. They must have just put the signs up. I went in without even knowing if they were open, and to my surprise, they offered me free pizza. While curious to try it and appreciative of the offer, I was not expecting it to hands down be some of the best I’ve had in the city (first time buying gluten free). I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza as most New Yorkers should be and in my case normally only go to a couple spots in my neighborhood.

That said, you wouldn’t even think it was gluten free unless someone pointed it out. Worth mentioning it’s pan style, and the crust was cooked perfectly and was buttery with edges that were charred perfectly. Their pastries are also worth trying if you're gluten free, but I was completely surprised by the pizza, and am genuinely happy to have a new regular spot near me.

Normally I don’t care about this kind of thing, but just wanted to share, as MBB is kind of a gluten free Mecca and I’m sure some people here would appreciate being looped in! Definitely try a slice, whether you are gluten free or not.
