Where I live I know it's spring when the markets have rhubarb, asparagus and fiddleheads. Just made a big batch of stewed rhubarb that will go nicely on yogurt and oats. What spring crops do you look forward to most where you live? And what do y'all do with your rhubarb?

In Canada too and I always look forward to rhubarb and fiddle heads!
