I put a cast iron skillet on the grill and sliced onions and jalapeno. Put that down in the skillet. Ball of chuck on onion bed. Squish to patty and cook.

Oh my God, it looks spectacular, the meat is juicy, the bread is soft, the dressing is perfect, I can imagine taking a bite, I can feel how juicy it is.

Now we’re talking! I still feel that the homemade burgers are the best. At I think mine are. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of great ones out there, there’s just something about one that you made.
